Projects · Multifamily Housing
Workforce availability is constrained, schedules slip with the weather, and every extra month costs real money. RovoSmart moves the work into a factory, where the schedule belongs to us.
What we build
Our focus is factory-built apartment communities of 40 or more units, carried from design through delivery on one platform. The program is growing across North America and the Middle East.
The problem
The shift
Every month a building sits unfinished, its developer pays interest on money that is giving nothing back. Time is the real budget line, and the old way of building keeps spending it. RovoSmart was built to hand that time back.
The RovoSmart answer
A project starts as a conversation, a questionnaire, or your existing project file. The platform checks it against real factory rules and returns a priced, buildable concept in hours, every number showing its source.
The majority of the work happens inside a factory (60 to 90 percent, per the Modular Building Institute). The target is concept to build in under 10 months, against an industry span of 18 to 36.
RovoSmart structures are light-gauge steel: non-combustible, dimensionally stable, and unappetizing to termites, mold, and rot.
Workforce
Construction is short hundreds of thousands of workers, and it gets worse every year. Inside our factory, machines and a trained production team do most of the building, so your project stops depending on crews that are harder and harder to find.
Schedule
On a normal job site, rain or snow stops everything and the finish date slips. Our factory runs indoors, every day, in every season. When we give you a delivery date, the weather has no vote in it.
Certainty
Software checks every wall, floor, and opening against the factory's rules before anything is built. If something is wrong, it gets fixed on a screen in minutes, not torn out of a building in weeks.
Side by side
Same building. Two very different ways to get there.
The project waits on dozens of skilled crews, and there are fewer of them every year.
Factory stations and machines carry most of the work. A small crew assembles on site.
Rain, snow, and heat stop work. The finish date moves with the forecast.
The building is made indoors. Weather never touches the production line.
Almost two years on site is the national average for an apartment building.
Modules and components built while the site is prepared, then assembled in months.
Material prices move while you build, and change orders eat the budget.
The concept comes back priced against real factory rules before anything is fabricated.
Wood framing burns, warps, and rots over a building's life.
Our structures do not burn, warp, or rot. They hold their shape and their value.
Problems are discovered on site, where fixing them costs the most.
Problems are caught on screen before fabrication, where fixing them costs the least.
Bring what you have. A file, a napkin program, or just the site. We will show you what RovoSmart can make of it.
